CNC Punching
Our CNC Trumpf TruPunch machinery utilises the latest software to interpret drawings and allow for an efficient sheet metal punching process. Our wide range of tooling can allow for a range of manufacturing preferences such as extruding, tapping, louvers, engraving, countersinking and more. With autoloader facilities, our facility can cope with large quantities and/or production work.
CNC Machining
With two CNC Mazak machining centres, we are equipped to fulfil customer machining requirements along side sheet metal processes providing our customers with a one stop shop. Ensuring high levels of precision.
Metal Forming
Operating three CNC Amada press brakes, we have capability of forming metal to various manufacturing requirements.
Metal Cutting and Drilling
We work with a range of metal sections and our facilities allow us to cut and drill to customer fabrication requirements.
Welding - TIG and MIG
Our four welding bays utilise precision table jigs to ensure accuracy is maintained through all of our manual processes. Our coded welders work with MIG and TIG facilities to cope with ferrous and non-ferrous material.
Finishing, cleaning and polishing
Ensuring all sheet metal is free from sharp and best prepared for other parts in the manufacturing production process. We operate a Timesaver machine allowing for grained finishes where painting or plating is not required.
Inserting
All sheet metal components can be fitted on site through the use of our inserting machinery.
Finishing Services
With two in house powder coat spray booth’s, we can fulfil customers painting demands on site. We also work closely with key suppliers to ensure we can cover off all plating requirements within an efficient production cycle.
Assembly
We have designated assembly areas to accommodate customer requirements on site.
